Max Armstrong offers a look at the plans by many leave town for the July 4 holiday and he advises that some stores have limits on how you spend, including worries about a growing coin shortage and a move to credit and debit cards only. Mortgage rates are sliding in this new economy. From This Week in Agribusiness, there's news that aid to farmers may not be enough.
